How often will assessments be conducted?

Assessments will be conducted periodically through quizzes, module tests, reflective assignments, and the final capstone project. These are designed to reinforce learning and contribute to your overall completion status.

Does this programme offer job placement support?

No, this programme is not a job-placement or career-switch bootcamp. It is an executive-level leadership programme focused on upskilling and career advancement for working professionals. The primary outcome is your ability to lead AI-driven initiatives and make better strategic decisions in your current or future roles, not entry-level job placement.

How will this programme help my career?

You will gain the language, frameworks, and confidence to identify and prioritise AI use-cases, evaluate AI projects and vendors more effectively, lead cross-functional teams on AI initiatives, and champion responsible and ethical AI adoption. Combined with the BITSOM executive credential and alumni network, this can significantly strengthen your leadership profile and internal or external career prospects.

Will there be opportunities for networking?

Yes. You will interact closely with a cohort of experienced professionals during group work, and the campus immersion. In addition, eligible participants may gain access to BITSOM's executive alumni network, which can be valuable for long-term professional connections.

Will I build any tangible output I can showcase?

Yes. Through the capstone project, you will work on a real-world problem from your industry or organisation, design an AI-enabled solution, and prepare a board-style business case. This becomes a tangible artefact you can discuss with your leadership, stakeholders, or in future professional conversations.
