Leap Founders’ Cohort — Withdrawal and Refund Policy

At Nolan Edutech Private Limited ("Masai School"), we are committed to upholding fairness, transparency, and accountability in all financial matters related to our programmes.

This Policy sets out the withdrawal and refund process specifically for the LEAP programme ("the Programme"). This Policy applies to all participants enrolled in the LEAP Programme, regardless of the track or payment method used.

Refund Conditions

Refund eligibility will be determined based on the applicable refund window for the payment stage selected.
The refund request must be raised through the designated official email address - course.withdrawal@masaischool.com within the applicable refund window. The date and time of receipt of the email will be considered for determining eligibility.
If the refund window for Instalment 1 has already expired, any refund applicable to Instalment 2 will be limited only to Instalment 2 and will not include Instalment 1.
Once the applicable refund window has expired, the respective payment becomes non-refundable.
Registration Fee and Seat Booking Fee are non-refundable under all circumstances.
