How the collaboration works for you
From the learner's side the collaboration runs as one programme. Sessions are live and online, led by faculty from MICA and industry mentors from Masai. You work through six units, from the Foundation Unit to the in-person Elevate unit. You earn a MICA Certificate with at least 60% in each unit along with the other completion criteria, and you can add an optional campus immersion at MICA. Placement support runs through the Elevate unit and Masai's hiring network.

About MICA
MICA was established in 1991 and is in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Its campus address is Shela, Ahmedabad 380058. MICA is an autonomous, non-profit institution that focuses on strategic marketing and communication and offers both residential and online programmes.

The faculty
A pool of three MICA faculty members teaches the programme. Sessions are delivered by selected faculty from this pool, subject to availability.

- Dr Ashutosh Yadav, Assistant Professor of Finance. He is a finance and financial analytics academic who specialises in BFSI, FinTech and financial markets.
Placement support
Masai runs placement support through the Elevate unit, which is held offline in Bengaluru. It covers resume building, LinkedIn profile work, mock interviews, interview preparation, communication training and access to Masai's hiring network.
