After successful completion, you’ll join AU SFB as a Bank Officer, ready to drive customer engagement, manage portfolios and grow with the bank.

2 Months Paid Internship at AU SFB Branch (Pan India)

Apply your learning on the field with AU Small Finance Bank and earn ₹10,000/month as a stipend.

Retention Bonus

Students joining Career Academy as full-time employees in the role of Bank Officer will be eligible for a retention bonus as outlined below:

Upon successful completion of the 1st year ₹60,000
Upon successful completion of the 2nd year ₹90,000

The total retention bonus of ₹1,50,000 may be structured as reimbursement of the programme fee
