The world of Indian Fintech is booming thanks to the crop of innovative new Fintechs shifting the status quo of the industry. One does not have to look far to find companies like Qapita, transforming the way companies manage stock ownership.

It will be an understatement to say that this transformation is in part a technological one. As cutting-edge technological advancements lead to simplified processes and innovative solutions, top-quality talent capable of driving such innovation is becoming the backbone of the soon-to-be $200 Bn industry.[1]

But even as demand surges, employers are struggling to source industry-ready talent capable of leveraging emerging technology. Nowhere is this lamentable dearth of skills more apparent than the fresh engineering graduates entering the job market annually.

A company like Qapita needs top-tier talent to continue pushing the boundaries of innovation. And providing talent that delivers is what Masai does best.

Prabhu Siddharth is an IT graduate hailing from Odisha. What stands as soon as you speak with him is his remarkable talent for problem-solving and a passion for technology.

Siddharth joined Masai in 2020 with the goal of super-charging his professional career. To that end, he believed the institute’s diverse yet evolving curriculum, coupled with its emphasis on practical coding experience and industry mentorship, would provide him with the resources and opportunities he needed to make his tech dreams come true.

But that’s not all, over the next 35 weeks of the Masai 0ne course, Siddharth also received dedicated soft skills training to make him excel across all metrics. Equipped with this new-found breadth of experience, he was ready to take Qapita to new heights.

“I can confidently attribute much of my success to my time at Masai School. The rigorous and intensive training I received at Masai not only exposed me to various tech stacks, but also taught me a problem-solving approach that has been invaluable in my role as a developer.”

When he joined the company, it was a new team with just a few members, and there was a pressing need for a senior frontend developer. Despite the challenges, Siddharth was up for the task and quickly got to work.

Siddharth has now spent over 2 years in his role as a frontend developer for Qapita, and has been responsible for developing a slew of useful features to enhance user experience.

One of the first tasks Siddharth tackled was developing the 'Bulk upload' feature. This feature allowed exponential amounts of data to be uploaded to the system at once, greatly improving user satisfaction and critical to the success of the application.

He created a platform uniting administrators, investors, and employees, improving communication, simplifying management, and supporting Qapita's mission to make recording, trading, and tracking effortless, transparent, and accessible for all stakeholders.

Siddharth’s constantly at work squashing bugs and improving the quality of services they offer to their clients. With his technical skills and problem-solving approach, Prabhu Siddharth has made a significant impact at Qapita, helping the company stay ahead of the curve.
