How did you decide that you wanted to join Masai?

I was just a young dreamer and was pursuing an apprenticeship at NTPC, when destiny came calling. With each report I presented and each analysis I completed, I felt my passion growing, until I knew that this was what I was meant to do.

A trusted recommendation from senior alumni led me to Masai, where I found the perfect blend of hands-on learning and a comprehensive curriculum. With each session, I felt my skills sharpening, and my knowledge expanding until I was ready to take on the world of data analysis.

My family was initially taken aback by my bold move, but my father saw the potential and encouraged me to follow my dreams. And so, I stepped out into the unknown, armed only with my passion and determination. And the rest, as they say, is history. Today, I stand tall as a successful data analyst with a career that I love and a future that is bright with possibility.

How was your experience with the practice-based curriculum?

My experience with the military-style training at Masai was both challenging and rewarding. Before joining, I was advised by alumni to give the course my full attention and not take on any additional responsibilities. I made the commitment to work hard and fully immerse myself in the course.

The structure of the curriculum was intense but meticulously planned. It pushed me to work hard every day, giving me the time and focus needed to master each concept. The rigorous nature of the training helped me develop discipline and drive, qualities that have proven invaluable in my career as a Business Analyst.

How was your project week experience?

The project week at Masai was a crucial part of the curriculum, taking place at the end of each unit. It provided an opportunity for students to put their newly acquired skills into practice and create a tangible project to showcase in their portfolio.

The projects were assigned by the instructor and provided students with the chance to demonstrate their understanding and mastery of the concepts covered in the previous weeks. These project weeks were an integral part of the Masai experience, helping students build a strong portfolio and prepare for real-world applications of their skills.

What was your favorite thing about Masai?

The best thing about Masai was undoubtedly its mentorship. The instructors played a critical role in ensuring that students received the support and guidance they needed to succeed. They were always available to help answer questions and provide insights during the project week, making the learning process smoother and more effective.

The instructors were more than just teachers, they were mentors who were passionate about helping students achieve their goals and reach their full potential. Their dedication and commitment to student success made the Masai experience truly exceptional.
